bruh yall forget that in the movie when Tony says “if it’s not done to us right now it’s gonna happen to us later” and not even in a few days they capture Steve Sam and Bucky and confiscate their armor. And I believe that Steve is naive to the fact that the government is just going to let them live and seeing the good in bad people. And we also see that Tony’s ideas of the government are coming into play in Spiderman BND with control and then x-men coming in the future that the government is starting to hunt down super humans. Although Steve is morally right. Tony side is the right way to act about it. But also to me it’s not that deep. I just love talking abt these movies. So good

Hard team cap here because the last people you want in charge of the people who’s job it is to protect you is the government, you know the same government including Ross in the Incredible Hulk that caused all of that, then in Avengers 1 when the tried to bomb a city and oh look again in Age of Ultron, and who’s fault is Ultron it’s Tony’s, so come Civil War Tony only feels guilty because of that one kid, and like Cap said agendas change people change their minds and you want the government in charge you know the same government that in Winter Soldier being Hydra thad tried to kill millions of people and then called Freedom control, the accords are the same thing control by the wrong people especially the government, so no Team Tony was and still is wrong, because having the corrupt government be in charge of the only group of good people fighting to protect everyone else is the stupidest idea possible

There is not one single argument for Tony’s side in the accords. The story of civil war in marvel is Tony is wrong you can read the comic play ultimate alliance 2 or watch this movie in every instance Tony is in the wrong. He quite literally breaks the accords as soon as Ross uses an ounce of his power over them. Not a single person on Tony’s side other than rhodey was fighting for the accords and even then rhodey breaks the accords and houses cap and black widow
