@gods_paintbrush: Looking for a way to grow in your faith AND meet other Catholic young adults in LA? ⛪️ Join us every Tuesday for Vespers at St. Monica Catholic Community! Vespers brings together young adults in their 20s and 30s for an evening of prayer, Scripture, meaningful conversations, and community. Each week, we explore different topics that challenge us to grow in holiness and live out our Catholic faith. HERE'S WHAT'S COMING UP! 👇 📖 TUESDAY, OCT. 13 | CATHOLIC SOCIAL TEACHING What does the Church have to say about the social and political realities we encounter today? Join Fr. David Guffey as we explore the foundations of Catholic Social Teaching, its roots in Scripture and Church tradition, and how these teachings call us to reflect on the world around us. 🤝 TUESDAY, OCT. 20 | SPEED FAITH SHARING Think speed dating, but for conversations about faith! Meet someone new in each of 10 rounds of one-on-one conversations, with a different faith-based question each round. It's a fun and meaningful way to get beyond small talk, build friendships, and grow in faith together. THE DETAILS: 📅 Every Tuesday | 7:30–9 PM PST 📍 St. Monica's Grand Pavilion, Santa Monica 💻 Can't make it in person? Join us on Zoom! 🔗 Visit stmonica.net/yma for the Zoom link. Whether you're new to the faith, have been Catholic your whole life, or are simply looking for a community to grow with, we'd love to have you! All young adults in their 20s and 30s are welcome. Singles and couples alike! Come for the conversation. Stay for the community. #catholic #catholictiktok #la #santamonica #faith
