@smashdatopic: DESOTO, Texas — DeSoto Police announced the arrests of Brandon Bussey, 50, and Jeremiah Stevenson, 36, in connection with a September 28, 2026, shooting in the 500 block of Pond Springs Drive. Officers responded around 3:16 a.m. and found that a man had been shot in the abdomen. He was transported to a hospital for treatment. According to police, surveillance footage showed two armed men entering the residence and confronting the victim before gunfire erupted. Detectives identified Bussey and Stevenson as suspects and obtained arrest warrants for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
