Hi love! I used to have this same problem and I started using panoxyl on my chest and back every night. Let it sit for a minute or so. I also use Natrium products as well every night too. Cleared it all up!

Just realized do you use like a retinol lotion? I use the Gold Bond one and it seems to help the skin turn over so potential acne can go away!
