@se_ok_land: We've been out here for a year now. We've been moving slow because we're getting to know our land and learning about its natural ebbs and flows. Putting in driveways and guiding the drainage. We've been selectively clearing (more to do there) and preparing the land to introduce controlled burns. Late this winter we will begin burning. We do not want to clear cut so it's taken us a while to get to know which trees to leave and which to use for lumber. There's so much to do, we're just getting started on building our cabin now that we know where we want to put it! It's always an adventure offgrid! #offgridlife #buyingland #seokland
