@dhein.pdx: Tucked into Oregon’s Umpqua National Forest, Lemolo Falls drops about 165 feet into a canyon surrounded by tall trees, green moss, and smaller streams running beside the main falls. Getting to the trail that leads to the base takes some effort. There’s no cell service in the area and miles of gravel road before you reach the trailhead. The hike is downhill the whole way to the falls, which means the climb back up can be quite difficult.
