I know exactly how you're feeling love. I turned my back on a lot of my IMMEDIATE family because they couldn't accept that fact that my babies were biracial. So I cut them out mine and my kids life. I dont walk around like im on some high horse like the majority of my family on my mom and dad side of the family. Mentally its absolutely draining, as you said. I feel you on so many levels with this video. Omg the “N” word is NOT ok, ever. My grandchild is “mixed” and beautiful. I hope he never has to hear that, I know he will eventually, but that’s a hard no for me. I’m sorry your family is not respecting your boundaries, that is so tough :( my daughter’s baby boy, he’s 5 now, is the most beautiful child I’ve ever seen.
