Need to run a Constant hot to the radio If not you will have to mess with the settings and reconnect your phone every time should be the red wire sometime is the yellow wire the instructions should tell you one is constant hot the other is key on power hot

Rewire the speaker so it has both fronts, it's currently wired so let's say you only have the left front speaker. (I don't remember what colors are for what fronts)

Turn it back on. Looks like the memory wire was connect with the key. Might not keep the memory, yellow wire should be on a 12v constant

The yellow wire is supposed to hook to a constant hot to save memory settings like a clock, presets and more. If you kill power to it you will lose all your saved settings
