It's a statement that's often said by a tribe protected by the constitution, always acting superior thinking they can say, do anything and no one will have a say "we will go back with our land or M23 will get involved". Uganda as a nation & her natives where threatened. This is a behaviour of one specific particular group out of the three from their motherland. Ask natives in Congo.
