my understanding of it all is that RJ didn't get compensated for the show very well and his disability didn't allow for many main character or higher paying roles. Combining this with his former costar, who is able bodied, staring in a successful role surrounding a disabled person (and being properly compensated) absolutely tore him up to pieces and honestly it would have do that to me too. may he rest in precious peace
