Hair extensions aren’t bad generally like wefts or ktips as long as you take care of them and your hair and keep up on maintenance it can actually help your hair get healthier and stronger. At least I know it did for me!

Love the darker blonde! If you’re worried about damage from extensions, I have a sew in (just 1 row) and have had zero damage to my natural hair, if anything it’s grown more! I’ve had extensions for a couple years now💓

Oiling, minimal heat, braids to bed every night with a bonnet 🤍 also, if you’re doing extensions I would switch to hand tied wefts, they help your hair grow the most compared to other methods imo!!

the only only thing that worked for me was stopping bleach+ extensions completely and getting a decent chop, it was beyond tough to come to terms with but i haven’t seen my hair this healthy since i was 12
