i spend $45 a week at price rite and i’m able to meal prep/ cook for 7 days if there’s one of those near you. dm me and i can send you a list of basic ingredients and how to cook and prep it ! $45 a week would be a little under $7 a day and sometimes depending on sales the food could last you longer and you can get more for your money !
