This speech is speaking to me, the mother! lol yes my kids hear this from me but the problem here is I stay so busy cleaning everything in all rooms and leave my bedroom as the last priority, never end up getting to. I need to put my own room and sanity as my highest priority for a change. Thanks

gahhhhh this is so true!!! when I learned the messiness of my home 10000000% correlate to my mood and how overstimulated I am it was game changing!!! thanks for explaining the science behind it. never knew why just that a clean house meant I can take on the world 🤣
