@1010wins923: 🚒 Mother of two teenage boys Hope McHale was presented with the gift of a lifetime while attending a New York Islanders game over the weekend in honor of her late husband, FDNY Fire Marshal Martin "Woody" McHale. McHale worked at Ground Zero and died in the line of duty on Christmas Eve 2012. He's exactly the type of hero who the Tunnel to Towers Foundation aims to honor, leading the organization to pay off the mortgage of is family's Manhasset home. 🎤 Sophia Hall reports 📹 Courtesy of Hope McHale, Alex Leafer/New York Islanders 📹 Courtesy of Hope McHale, Alex Leafer/New York Islanders 🔊 Tune into 1010 WINS AT 92.3 FM for more local news #nyc #newyorkcity #newyorknews #newyorkislanders #islanders #tunneltotowersfoundation #fallenfirefighter #firstresponders #fdny #nonprofit #news #localnews #groundzero #sept11 #newstok #longisland #longislandnews
