MN and MI have both been seriously targeted by GOP over the last several years. FL also has a Progressive that is polling very well, and hasn’t been targeted as heavily as modern swing states.

The polling differences between red and blue states just makes me wonder about how they are stratifying the sample. And therefore, makes me worried about validity of the polls. I say this as a liberal.

I feel like, you have to do your own math on-top of these polls that come out. For example, democrat polling are probably right, but one must add 5% ontop of the republican polling because, haven’t they always, over preformed. Since 2016?

It is fascinating how it is the quite the opposite over on X; there, way more people expect a Republican hold (at least for the Senate) or even a Republican sweep. It will be interesting to see who turns out to be right, left-leaning TikTok or right-leaning X
