A 3 story 4m dollar home in Scottsdale and a lot of water damage in their movie theater, they wanted a quote and said “the bigger the discount the better, gotta bid lower then the next guy we call!” I smiled and grabbed my meters and thermal and left. I don’t deal with those nightmares

A landlord called me out at 1am to unclog a sewer in their apartment. Price was $350 + $150 emergency fee so $500 total which is nothing in plumbing. And this mf pulled up in a brand new corvette wearing Gucci and a Rolex and had the audacity to ask me for a discount. Now at 1am I lose all customer service skills so I very obviously looked at her, looked at her car, looked at her, and then the car again, and then back to her with a flat expression and went “… no”
