I think the tiger was also confused but then the man got aggressive or he felt the agitated energy on the man, and saw it as aggression then attacked.

but why didnt they at least tranquilizer the tiger ..shows that zoo is not safe and would not be ready for an emergency what if a child would of fallen in there zoos have to be ready for any emergency very sad my condolences to his family ..🙏🙏
