@footballhobbyy: A night to remember for the Sky Blues! 💙 Coventry beat Newcastle 4–1 on 12 October, giving Frank Lampard’s side their first Premier League HOME victory since 2001. FH viewers, that’s what the 25-year wait means: their first home win in the Premier League in 25 years, including the years they spent outside the division. Jack Rudoni opened the scoring from the penalty spot, and Sidiki Cherif doubled the lead. Sven Botman pulled one back for Newcastle before Ellis Simms and Stephen Mfuni sealed Coventry’s historic victory. Back-to-back league wins—and Coventry move out of the relegation zone! 👏 Swipe for the result. #CoventryCity #NewcastleUnited #FrankLampard #PremierLeague #football
