@waggleforpets: It’s hard to look at Rio and know how much has happened to him in just six weeks. His entire litter is gone. He spent days alone in a field. And by the time @CAMO Rescue | HTX rushed him to the vet, fleas and hookworms had caused blood loss SO severe that he needed an emergency transfusion. 💔 His veterinarian brought in her own dog to donate blood. Thankfully, Rio made it through the procedure, then through the night—and those first milestones gave everyone hope. But understandably, this little one is still very sick and very exhausted, and he needs continued hospitalization and treatment. Right now, Rio needs a Village. Let’s get him one, together. 💛 Please donate or share to help CAMO Rescue support Rio’s emergency care today! #rescuepuppy #animalinneed #communitymatters
