lost districts last night as a senior, i feel defeated.

I'm 28, played my whole life. Started at 7 on an actual team. That is 2 decades. I didnt take great care of my body and I'm feeling the effects of it today. It ended my college career 3 years early. I still play 3 to 4 nights a week. Still frequently take 1st with my teams at my big age 🤣I've made friends for life through this game POST high school. The game isn't over, though. You're role in the game has changed. Now, everything that was poured into you as a player, as a person, you have the opportunity to pass that on to the next great Gen. Stay on that court as long as possble, any way you can. One day you'll walk off that court for the last time without realizing it'll be the last time until you walk back in that gym for your own kid.
