Beef Loaded Fries Recipe: Prepare 300g beef, 3 large potatoes, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 100g cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, salt, ketchup, and fresh parsley. Wash and cut the potatoes into thick fries, soak in water for 15 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy. Cut the beef into small pieces or thin strips and marinate with soy sauce and black pepper for 10 minutes. Heat a little oil in a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the beef and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned. Spread the crispy fries on a baking tray, top with the cooked beef and shredded cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with ketchup or garlic mayonnaise. Enjoy crispy golden fries topped with juicy beef and rich, melted cheese.
