so if we're not supposed to use loofah's, what should we use? I stopped using washcloths around the time my younger brother turned 12 and if you have a younger brother you know exactly why. But I actually boil the loofahs in hot water just for a couple of minutes to kill anything that might be growing in there like once a week. is there a better option?

I’ve been seeing a lot of you on my fyp! Is this an everyday use or a one or two times a week kind of thing? And if it’s not recommended everyday then what would you recommend for the day I don’t use it?
