girl, I've had a set of dreams I regularly have had since a child. I remember most of them and most of them are in similar places and I remember where things were in previous dreams in the current dream which help getting around

Only had one lucid dream. It was recent and left me with an interesting idea. I was in an idealistic town & I knew it wasn’t real but was just walking around. A lady started talking to me. Chipper & positive but consistently spoke of the devil in a happy idolizing way. Nothing evil about this place. Alarm woke up, tried to fall back into it. I was watching a tv show in the town when I fell back asleep. Positive feelings but the hero archetype looked evil. Everything felt very iconic 50s positive tv but the plot was off…..the idea: What if dreams are when we leave this hologram where the frequency of love roots us & yet keeps us in a frequency state where other lower vibrational entities can interact with us, that vibrationally align with the lower vibrational state some extensions of consciousness keep this reality in. We would be more susceptible for interference not knowing the importance of dream state. If they do it correctly, it can dictate how we feel & in turn shape our ideas in our waking form. - I’d be more inclined to think the person in the dream was trying to make the dreamer question their power in their waking reality. If you could make someone question what is real in a place where only frequency is real, that could fundamentally affect their perception of existence. That seems pretty iconic for entities that want to root you into an experience and into a physical form of ‘who you are’

Do any of you see your dream the night before, prior to falling asleep? it's like, you're about to sleep but still doomscrolling then the dream you had the night before starts playing in your head.... I get that a lot, and it feels like I'm having this very long dream that just goes on.

I once lucid dreamed into another life, i was married with 2 step kids, we lived with my mom in our house, the same mom i have now, i asked her what year it was and she said 2035, i asked her what i do for a living she said im a teacher ( im a doctor in this timeline), i seemed happy there and spent a few days there, though i had to ask my kids their names, also, i was a runner there, with an athletic body. We didnt have a luxurious life but i felt genuinely happy. I've never been able to go back there though.

Senses in dreams, especially vivid senses are actually the norm. People don't recall them because they don't keep a dream journal or pay much attention to dreams at all thus most people have too low of dream recall to notice

All of my dreams are like this very vivid sometimes reoccurring. But majority of the time when I wake up, I have to look around to see and remember where I’m at.

it's almost as if when she is awake in one time line she's sleeping in the other so when she goes to sleep in this one she wakes up there I feel like that would get so confusing after a while trying to keep both lines separate so things don't get messed up or something

I have a recurring dream SETTING every single night, it is a long continuous dream, a stream of consciousness, or unconsciousness I guess, that becomes interrupted by waking hours and continues when I fall asleep.

I don't wanna be a party pooper but I was on an antidepressant that at the first weeks gave me really vivid dreams like the one in this story, but it was always the same one. I actually still remember that dream (two years later) and I can barely ever remember any dreams in general. It's possible this is a side effect of the meds, it's known antidepressants can alter the length and time you take to enter REM dreaming, and even though it's shorter you dream more vividly and it really feels like you're not sleep at all. To whoever send this, let your doctor know please.
