It’s actually funny because some episodes in the first 8 seasons (I’m currently watching 9) she isn’t even in the episode or is basically an extra with like 2 lines. It was originally the Stabler show. Now it’s the Benson show.

Hasn’t it always been ?? I thought the whole point from the very beginning was that she is the main character solving crimes with different detectives who come in and out 🤣 from episode one she’s given main character.
