This shot being a prime example! We didn't have angles like this in the first season and it heals me that just for an moment it breaks from the generic artstyle of the show

And people dare to say that the artstyle is just a generic adult cartoon artstyle 😭

Call me Fuu〜! :
I suspect that they’re mixing digital puppetry (the usual style) with hand drawn animation this time around! If they were already doing that before, then they’re ABSOLUTELY leaning into the frame-by-frame aspect now (especially in Esther’s vision because that was an incredible sequence)! I’ve always loved the effort they put into animating this show, and honestly I could go on and on about it forever!!!

FunkyFreshAndFun :
it actually annoys me when people complain about having to wait a year for 8 episodes when I'm surprised we only had to wait a year for such high quality. For a time where even live action shows take 3+ years for 8 episodes that look like shit, idk why 1 year is suddenly too much

SPOILERS: dude, that shot of katherine getting scratched and shoving her hand in the lamp? i genuinly loved her right there, it looked so badass. Like barely any hesitation, and she just GOES FOR IT.

Es que la fluidez en la segunda temporada se va más notable y me encanta esa fluidez que le dieron (Se guardaron el presupuesto hasta ahora) 😭✨
