AD | Is the Hamleys VIP Tour actually worth £250? 👀 We recently experienced the VIP Tour at Hamleys and although there were definitely some lovely parts, I’m going to be completely honest and say I’m not sure the experience justified the price for us. The kids got goodie bags, which was a nice touch, but I think I’d expected a little more for the price. I’d imagined they might get to choose a couple of toys within a set value or have a bit more of an interactive experience while being shown around. It was also incredibly busy when we visited, so I didn’t personally feel like having someone walk us around added a huge amount of extra value. One thing I will say is that the team were really good when we raised an issue with one of the goodie bags. We’d been asked about the children beforehand, but Amélie’s wasn’t really suitable for her age or interests. We mentioned it and they were very helpful and quickly swapped it for something much more appropriate, so I can’t fault them for how they handled that. Ultimately, for around £250 for our family of four, I think we would have got more value from spending that money on toys ourselves while exploring Hamleys. That’s just our honest experience though, and I’d love to know if you’ve done the VIP Tour and what you thought! 👀🎁 #hamleys #visitlondon #hamleysviptour #viphamleys
