This tracks almost the same as the Hand to God ticket that got tossed. So many stories that show police will have made a mistake but still will proceed 💯 to ticket and/or arrest someone even if there’s no actual crime that was committed. They show no issue that facts show there’s no way it could have happened and instead of just letting then go or admitting they’d rather waste everyone’s time committing and sometimes even doubling down it seems. Like is it a power trip? Ego? Stupidity? Just bad training? Directive from higher ups? It’s said that quotas are not a thing but these stories make it seem otherwise.

As someone who lives in iowa, I cant tell you how many times I've either accidentally clicked my highs on or forgot they were on an never have gotten pulled over. Talk about being bored on the job🙄

Good dismantling, qualified immunity will mean please need to know how to do their job instead of enforced the laws they think they know which would also mean the civilians would have to learn the laws that they’re getting enforced. You know the ones that are voting for.
