Wow, women are taking for granted so easily. I do understand the financial part, 5k last minute, it should have been discussed months or a year before the pregnancy. If it was done, I think 5k is not that much for the price of my intense pain for hours, body changing forever, the 9 months of rigor to make sure the baby is safe inside of me, the suffering after, the maybe I will not be there since it’s such an intense process. Also it’s affecting my career, 6-9 month of leaving ? I probably miss a promotion. I will not take my life for granted and giving it on a silver plate.
