My ex tried to strangle me to death and I believe I have some tism in there w my adhd plus I have heds. My cervical spine is horrific but I can’t imagine wrapping something around my neck 😣 Idk how to get past it, but idk how to sleep comfortably anymore either. Any suggestions?

My issue is that I wake up with aching ears if a pillow is too firm, and by too firm, I mean firm at all. It’s so hard to support my neck because of it.

I love my BodyAlign+ from Mellow Sleep! Cooling, and I can use it for my body OR parallel to my head board as a traditional pillow. My neck fits in the crook perfectly.

I find myself when sleeping on my back my ear touching my shoulder and on my side my chin to my chest I wonder if the cervical neck support would help

I just got the soft neck collar and after just two nights I have zero neck pain now. It’s been life changing!

For me - the worst part of sleep can be my restless legs and low heart rate. I am hypermobile but I’m not sure those are related?

My issue is my shoulder pain… will this actually support me? I don’t know how to side sleep without my bottom shoulder collapsing

Nothing works all night for a hyper mobile hyper tosser!! I can’t sleep in one position and wind up flopping all over the bed and pillows getting kicked off with sheets and head getting wedged in all the wrong places 😥

I've been wearing a light resistance fabric thigh band and it's been helping me with my hip pain. I also use it when I'm at my desk for long periods of time to keep my knees together

currently on my 9th pillow. Nuzzle, no skinny layer, take off the cover and use a jersey knit pillow case so it squishes. so far best yet. and i can't do firm at all it hurts my ears and skin and back of my head, but then my neck hurts. this one SO FAR is decent.

I’ve been using the avio travel pillow, it’s so much better than a collar or similar.

Instead of one of those C shaped body pillows, I use three separate pillows, one between my thighs, one under my head, and one under my arm. I sleep like a chicken on a spit, rolling around constantly, and I could never move a giant body pillow each time I roll.

My dr says I have hEDS MCAS dysautonomia… something that has helped my pain more than anything is LDN. Low dose naltrexone. Also helps with neuroinflammation

I have a Sleep Number pillow that has a crescent shape. Inside it has three separate pillows that you can remove or add for your comfort. Most nights, I try to make myself sleep on my back, so I will use one of the fillings in its original zippered stiffer case, and one of the fillings in a silk pillowcase. I put the silk one on top, and it squishes around my neck and keeps me cool. Instead of a body pillow I have Squishmallows of various sizes under my shoulders and under my knees. I sometimes will sleep with a small weighted blanket on my legs to try and keep me on my back and reduce some of the leg movement.

I end up not sleeping with a pillow. Right now it's my lower back. I have to sleep on my back because the nerve pain down my legs wake me up all through the night. I haven't figured out how to sleep on my side without the nerve psin.

I use a giant maternity pillow shaped like a C. I wrap it front to back and between my knees. Super supportive!

I use a bunch of pillows (under my head and shoulders, like stacked) and a pregnancy pillow that supports on both sides 😆 it was a game changer 👏

I have not seen you recommend a cervical roll. what is your opinion on these? I use one with a pillow that is soft but has some shape
