When i used to work in retail i remember seeing 7yr olds and 12 yr olds be more understanding and well behaved than adults. Their parents making a mess in my section while the kids were looking through it carefully and heard the oldest one say “just put it back in place how you found it she already cleaned there” yes thank youuu then her mom proceeded to take half of what was there out and leave it somewhere else mins later

I work at a coffee shop, & the number of people who will use a spoon (not any of the 400 stir sticks right next door) to stir their coffee, then fully lick the spoon clean & leave it on the counter makes me want to chase people in the parking lot with a lit Roman candle

I work at a thrift store. The amount of times people rip things open or let their children rip things open and we just find packaging EVERYWHERE and the item is either nowhere to be found or across the fuckin store

My favorite is when someone comes in with their kid, so they give them a piece of fruit & once the kid doesn’t want said fruit anymore, they put it back where they found it. Bites missing & all 🙂

I work at a place that puts hot wrapped sandwiches out and the amount of times I've seen people UNWRAP and SNIFF the same sandwiches only to put it back is insane. and yes I throw them away when I see it because ew

this woman came into the candle shop, was looking at the room sprays, she complained because the packaging they were in didnt go with her bathroom decor (like I personally changed the packaging) and then said "I dont like any floral scents" and I was showing her scents that I thought she would like. meanwhile she grabbed EVERY FLORAL SCENT! sprayed it and then complained that it was floral. and I could understand with some of the names being that they are "fancy" but when something is called fresh cut roses....how the fuck do you think thats gonna be anything be a floral scent.

I used to work somewhere that sold a lot of blindboxes and this dude came in and just started agressively RIPPING open those blindboxes??? I stared at him like what the actual fuck are you doing?? When I said something about it he was offended and said he "just wanted to know if it was gonna be a figure or a pluche" 😃 Sir, just read, watch, ask. It was on the box in writing [PLUCHE MYSTERY] , it was placed as a picture on the display box [a picture where it was very obvious that it was fluffy] AND there were atleast 2 employees around which he could've asked.. He came in more often after that and EVERY. TIME. opened things, touched things, ALMOST opened things but pulled away when I was actively starring. I wanted to give him a store ban but wasn't allowed 🙄

we have people SHOCKED that we throw away used product after they return it. "oh i didnt know you were gonna throw away the shampoo i used. i would have just given it to (family member) instead." 🤨 lady did you think someone would seriously buy a half used bottle of shampoo?? would YOU ?!

I work in beauty. The number of people who will ignore a tester and swatch the item behind it, but then still hunt for a fresh product INFURIATES me. The only thing that’s worse is when the product DOESNT have a tester, and people rip open the packaging to test out the product, and then LEAVE IT for the next person to find.
