I think it's weird because she was even saying that she doesn't think it's their fault and that they arent being given enough studio time to clean it up. So the critique was of the show itself and the producers rather than troupe

Completely agree. People on Reddit are ten toes down for “he’s allowed to clap back” but I couldn’t disagree more. He is a paid professional, he needs to act like it. And that means double checking who you’re sending a catty dm to😭😭 I could never get away with “clapping back” at a client, even if they deserve it. Bc as the paid professional, I have to act like it😳

I didn’t see the original, but IT HAAAASSSS been messy (the whole show, not just the dancing). It’s like they’re throwing the show together every week. Now…the singers/musicans…they show up and showed out—particularly last week!!! I was more concentrated on the singing than I was the dancing!

It’s disappointing, because he was talking about being surprised that he was asked to come back after the first season because he isn’t “typically” what DWTS want, and is super grateful for the opportunity. I think if they want to continue to utilize social media and make a ton of TikTok’s etc there needs to be some media training and help from the show to ensure they don’t do crap like this.

Dancesport is like every other dance style: the elders are unfiltered. Do you know how many times I’ve seen teachers just HOLLERING the craziest stuff at their students?? I guarantee you he’s heard far worse than anything she said.
