I mean i stayed in a hotel last weekend and I wasn't until I left 2 days later that it was even showing pending in my account. I could have easily taken all the money out and them not get paid

Every hotel puts a hold on the card to prove funds right away and then charges go through days later, something went wrong on their end.

you always pay first and they also hold your credit card info until you check out plus if u don't pay the key card to the room will be shut down so u couldn't get in the room
