@guerrilla.mindset: Intelligence analysts have a term for the record that a phone, an app, or an ad network builds on you over time: a pattern of life. It's the log of where you are and what you do when nothing is demanding your attention, and in a military setting that log is how a target gets found. It works because most people never vary their routine. Guerrilla thinking starts from a single rule, which is that the side that can be predicted is the side that gets hit. Mobility and a small footprint both come out of that rule. Your attention runs under the same one. Anything that knows your routine can arrange to meet you at the exact moment your guard is down, and a phone is very good at that job. Try this tonight. Write out your last twenty-four hours using only the phone: where it slept, the first time you picked it up, and every time you reached for it without a reason. You'll have your pattern in about five minutes, and you'll see why the ambush points in this video are the ones they are. Once you can see the pattern you can start breaking it, and a day the other side couldn't predict is a win even if you still lost forty minutes somewhere. Watch it again with your own list in your head and count how many of your ambush points show up. #guerrillamindset #digitalminimalism #phoneaddiction #mensdevelopment #selfdiscipline
