Within the product system, I chose gentler formulas for fragile lengths, considering pH, reducing strength and remaining elasticity. I tidied the ends and used controlled ironing with gentler heat where needed. Fine misting was tailored to the stage; preparation before ironing follows product instructions. Then came her wish: a little movement below the smooth lengths. Around two and a half turns on selected rods created springy curves. She was delighted with the curls.
