Exactly, ive ridden it once and its impossible to keep your head from slamming back and forth between the rock hard head/shoulder restraints. they would need an actual dummy with an accelerometer in its head to measure this properly.

ASTM is only a standard and isn’t codified unless a government entity does so. California is one of 30 something states who have codified it, so saying rides have to meet them by themselves is not entirely true.

I rode X2 3 times in one day on its opening weekend, including twice in a row because we were the very last ride in the park (The guy was like “Wanna go again?” We all cheered then BOOM hit the ride again 😂) I def felt sick after that third one, but I’m still here
