@mrsglass_: And before anybody gets upset, we had literally just gotten home from the park, which was only a two-minute drive away!🧡 My newborn loves falling asleep in the car seat, and the second I take him out and put him down, he wakes up and cries. So I took advantage of the little bit of time I had and squeezed in a quick workout before giving him a bath. 🥹🤍 This is honestly what’s been working for me postpartum! We’ll usually go for a walk at the park, get back in the car, and when we get home, I try to get a little workout in while he’s still sleepy.
