![Someone asked me: you give all this advice, but what about people who truly start with nothing? So here's my real story. I started from absolute zero. Lower-middle-class family in Nazimabad, Karachi, eldest of four. My father did odd jobs, my mother stitched neighbours' clothes, and money was always tight. I couldn't watch it stay that way, so I decided to change everything. I knew only one thing: to achieve something big, I had to become a top 1% student, so I could coach junior classes and earn while I studied. A grade in Matric, A1 in Inter, aiming for NED University. I ran a coaching from home and made Rs 15,000-20,000 a month. My fees were covered by an HEC Need-cum-Merit scholarship with a monthly stipend, I graduated with 3.86/4, and on merit I won 2 laptops. In my 3rd year I chose my path early. In 2019 my team was selected for State Bank's SBP-Ideathon, 1 of 10 from all Pakistan, and I went into digital payments. From there: Keenu, Meezan Bank (POS launch), Udhaar Book, UBL Level Up, and a Saudi startup, Mithu, while building freelancing on the side. By December 2024 it fully took off. The point? I studied at government schools, college and university, and started with no support. Money was never the real barrier. A top 1% mindset was everything. If I can start from zero, so can you.
