Why this is my favorite jjamppong: - Soup: I love how they put a lot of different kinds of clams, making it more seafoody and umami. And you don’t feel like you had a whole bowl of MSG afterwards. - Noodles: They make their own noodles, and they’re thin. I used to prefer thick, chewy noodles, but their jjamppong changed my mind. The thin noodles pick up so much flavor from the broth, you get more of it in every bite. - Portion: It’s not huge like other places but trust me, it’s a perfect size for one adult. But if you want more, you can order extra noodles - LOVE their dan-moo-ji!! (Pickled radish) I won’t be surprised if they have long wait time since the weather is actually fall-ish now.
