My lap bar has come up before and I’ve had had to hold it down with my family. It is very common for raging bull. The operators wouldn’t listen when I told them my lap bar came up and they tested it and put it right back up. It took someone to die on a H&M coaster for them to listen which is unfortunate

I rode raging bull when it was first introduced at Six Flags in Gurnee. I swore I would never ride it again. Just that bar wasn’t security enough for me. I never rode it again.

There not gonna close every b&m hyper. They will close them all while the investigation takes place once they find the cause they will decide whether Goliath has to go or if they can just update the trains I think they will most likely throw seatbelts on all hyper/giga trains

It’s not gonna close forever they just need to figure out what went wrong so they can make sure it doesn’t happen again on another ride with the same restraints

I doubt it. I mean, look, a lady fell out of the Texas giant. Like what, 10 years ago, and it's still operating? They just installed seatbelts. I think a lot of these rides that have the same restraints are gonna have seatbelts installed if they don't already have them, but they're gonna probably be shut down for quite some time that way everything can be gone through by the ride engineers

Made by B&M just like Goliath. Has the exact same clamshell lap bar that's hydraulic. I took probably add seat belts to all of them now. I still don't know how that malfunctions and how he was able to get out. once they bring that hydraulic lap bar down it's almost impossible to get off. but we don't know the details yet

I’m sure they will add extra safety to it. Probably a seatbelt or maybe replace lap bar for over the shoulder bar. It should always have a secondary safety mechanism not sure why that was never in place.

They will not remove raging bull lol. They are just doing it for PR sake. All these coasters are insanely safe.

They had to shut down the drop tower a number of years ago due to an incident at another park. The bull will probably be back next year. I don’t see them adding any modifications

Praying for all B&M hypers, I totally get the seriousness of the situation especially with it being my home park. R.i.p 🙏🏾. But my thoosie side just says educate more on how to ride or who is allowed on rides through better ride ops. Just honestly do not want a seatbelt bro.
