That all makes no sense at all. He's trying to sell you a course. If the dude had that much money, what the heck does, he need credit for why go through all that? When you have the cash to invest in, whatever you want and not have to worry about paying it back and paying interest and doing all that paperwork and all that stuff. I get it, sometimes it's better to pay with credit, but to have to go through all that. When you're already rich, it's kind of just stupid
