@jerseytalks_: Sean "Diddy" Combs was taken out of FCI Fort Dix, the federal prison in South Jersey where he is serving his sentence, by ambulance early Saturday for treatment of a head injury, according to TMZ. Officials have not confirmed the report. TMZ's sources said an ambulance left the prison around 1 a.m. and that Combs was back before sunrise. TMZ said it had not confirmed whether he was taken to a hospital, and how he was hurt is unclear. The Bureau of Prisons said it does not comment on conditions of confinement, including medical status, citing "privacy, safety, and security reasons."
