@nanchascakes: I've always had an issue of letting go of some employees because of attachment and thinking "oh my who will be doing this and that" but I came to learn that the person who comes next is always better than the last.. Sometimes we hold our selves back because Empathy gets in the way. I'm now making decisions that are good for our cake business, this business means alot to us, and we won't sabotage it with Empathy. The decision to train someone so that we can have so many hands on deck is a step to Growth that's exciting me.
