Rebecca had travelled from Kenya to Saudi Arabia in search of better opportunities and a means of providing for her family. However, her journey took a tragic turn following her reported death, leaving her family, friends, and the local community devastated. The family now needs KSh 370,000 to facilitate the repatriation of her body to Kenya so that she can be laid to rest at home. Despite their efforts, they have been unable to raise the required amount due to financial challenges. The situation has been made even more difficult by the fact that Rebecca leaves behind young children who are still in school. Her family, church members, friends, and neighbours are now appealing to well wishers and Kenyans of goodwill to help them raise the money needed to bring her home. The family is asking anyone who can offer financial assistance to come forward during this painful period.
