This flagship pilot project is aim at restoring the Jimi River and surrounding lands degraded by illegal mining. As part of this initiative, His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in a strategic collaboration with AngloGold Ashanti and the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, through Ashanti Green Initiative are ready to reclaim a 153-hectares land upstream of the Jimi Dam.
