Maybe he should focus on employment of able officers. The standard of officers is a disgrace. So many are overweight, small, weak, ill trained and have Shockley low English communication skills. The police themselves confirm they don’t collect details of complaints due to poor communication skills. The police trying to look acceptable to the progressive left is reducing the public support and trust in the police not just the met but all police.
