I have single s/c going for 500. if I take the six months according to law it will be 3000. now after six months tenant is gone and toilet sit with the bio-gas is spoil which both cost 2500 can u help me solve this problem. Thank you

Good evening sir. I am Richard from Takoradi technical university. Please last semester before going home I went hostel hunting and got one for 3000 but the owner said he wasnt done so I should get in touch with him. Last week Wednesday I contacted him that I will be coming on Sunday and he said I should come which I didn’t make it the Sunday. Coming to campus today and on reaching the hostel the owner is now claiming that the place is a family house and the family had a meeting that he shouldn’t use it anymore whiles we also paid and he gave us assurance.
