This is not a new law, I grew up in Iganga and part of our land linked to the Railway reserves so all the food we grew mist of it was on railway land, but since my childhood the Railway used to warn us about that and we grew up knowing it was prohibited to develop such land, we need development and its crazy how people want to be paid because they illegally build in the railway reserves🤷🏾♂️, vacate the land so we develop our country, you knew you were building on land that wasn’t yours, and everyone that has a building on that land means they built their without approved government plans, government should look for you as you build, you have to look for government to seek advice and permission so you know where and how to build. It doesn’t matter when you built, you did it wrong and that shouldn’t cost our taxpayers to compensate you, leave or get demolished🤷🏾♂️

please come to 4th lane and 3rd lane in Jinja. those guys started a ghetto jockingly. its now about 7 years and they have turned the neighbourhood into a ghetto.
