The soft light makes every photo look cinematic, with no harsh shadows! 📍 Stop 2: Hoodie Weather by the Water - Cozy hoodie, jeans, and a tote bag was all I needed. The wind kept blowing my hood and hair around, and I loved every second of it. 🤍 Pro tip: Hold your arms out and let the wind move your hoodie. It makes the most natural, candid-looking photos! 📍 Stop 3: Walking the Wet Sand - The sand near the waterline is firm and flat, perfect for slow walks and for photos with the waves behind you. 🚶‍♀️ Pro tip: Stay a few steps back from the foamy edge. Waves can surprise you! 😅 📍 Stop 4: The Jump Shot - I couldn't leave without a jump photo. An open beach is the perfect place for it, so I gave it everything. 🤸‍♀️ Pro tip: Ask a friend to take burst photos and pick your favorite. It takes a few tries to get the perfect mid-air moment! 💡 Helpful Tips for a Cloudy Beach Day: ✅ Layer up - A hoodie and jeans are perfect, since the wind off the water gets cold fast ✅ Bring a sturdy tote - Great for snacks, a water bottle, and a towel ✅ Check the tide times - Low tide gives you way more space to walk and take photos ✅ Cloudy days = best photo light - Soft, even, and super flattering ✅ Wear shoes you can take off easily - Barefoot on the sand feels amazing ✅ Take a moment to just stand still and listen to the waves.
