Joran :
Before the Rapture, two significant events that have not yet occurred must take place—according to Matthew 24:21—namely, a great global tragedy (the global mega-earthquake) and the three days of darkness (following the sequence of Revelation 6:12 and Matthew 24:29–32). Furthermore, according to the restored Karaite calendar, this is a leap year—meaning it has 13 months—because the astronomical signs of the equinoxes did not align with the new moon and agricultural signs; specifically, the spring equinox occurred a day early on April 20 (whereas the festival must be declared on the 21st, coinciding with the equinox), and the autumn equinox occurred on September 22 rather than the 21st (the date required to declare the biblically original Feast of Trumpets). This caused a delay in the arrival of the Bridegroom (Jesus Christ), as it is written: *While the bridegroom was delayed,* they all slumbered and slept. Matthew 25:5 It necessitated an additional month to declare the Autumn Feasts in accordance with the Scriptures; therefore, the Feast of Trumpets will fall between October 11 and 13, and the Rapture will occur—according to Scripture—between November 1 and 3, during the final festival, Sukkot (or the Feast of Tabernacles), just as it is written: *On the last and greatest day of the feast*, Jesus stood up and raised His voice, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink." John 7:37 "But on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall celebrate the feast of the LORD for seven days; the first day shall be a sabbath, and the eighth day shall be a sabbath." "And on the first day you shall take for yourselves the fruit of beautiful trees, *palm branches*, branches of leafy trees and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God for seven days." Leviticus 23:39–40 "After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and in the presence of the Lamb, clothed with white robes, *and with palm branches in their hands;*" Revelation 7:9
