i struggle with saying i'm sorry and i think its partially from other atruggles but also, i wanna know EXACTLY what i did, why they got upset and then WHEN i should say sorry. My mom used to be super upset that i didnt say 'im sorry' at the right time..HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?

I'm not on the spectrum but I can say the best part of growing up and getting to your 40s is you find your people. you find the few close friends who get you and you realize you don't need a bunch of people to get you or like you because having a few real friends is far more fulfilling than trying to fit in. whoever those people are for you will be the ones you can be yourself with and not overthink it, the ones who know your intentions even when your words aren't perfect and life is really all about accepting yourself and truly realizing you don't care about the rest of it all. I'm definitely not saying people without a disability understand or have the same struggles ...I guess I'm saying we all have our own struggles even if they aren't the same and I truly have never been more at peace than in my 40s

Hi Morgan!! Would you happen to have advice on asking for accommodations? I am meeting with my grad school services to discuss aid during international travel and I have no clue how to ask for a support person (though my dr has my back) or what else I may need
